# Idea
To elevate every human.
## Story: based on first-principles thinking
> "Almost always, the creative **dedicated minority** has made the world better." — Martin Luther King Jr
Why entrust humanity to a select few?
> “Great things are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.” — Steve Jobs
I want to solve a problem that's perhaps harder than anything we've ever attempted before. If we solve this, everything else, including AGI, becomes solvable.
How can we bring out the best in every individual person? How can we empower humanity at scale?
We've avoided this problem for too long—largely because human behavior is messy, often unpredictable, and even harder to reliably change.
Innovation isn’t held back by biology or intelligence. It’s held back by the scarcity of persistent people willing to fail, adapt, and keep pushing through hard problems.
The creative, dedicated minority has always chosen to endure discomfort, challenge norms, and persist where others give up. It's a choice they have made. They chose the difficult path—perhaps not once, but repeatedly throughout their lives.
Societal progress and innovation have been driven by the choices made by dedicated individuals.
Now, imagine if the majority were empowered with the same level of dedication, creativity, and purpose—what kind of world could we build together?
> "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." – Helen Keller
We would supercharge progress. We no longer have to rely on a select few. Even if each person is just 1% better, the compounded collective effects easily surpass the achievements of those few.
> "I’d rather have 1% of the effort of 100 men than 100% of my own effort." – J. Paul Getty
How do we get 1% better each day? It's all down to a single decision: What do you choose to do, right now?
I want to facilitate that—a simple choice we all make again and again, every day, every moment: What should I do now?
These deceptively simple choices, when summed across our lives and people, shape the trajectory of our futures—both individually and collectively.
The answer to this surprisingly simple question—"What do I choose to do, right now?"—has the power to shape not only our personal destinies but the collective future of humanity.
